How does our 14-day return policy work?
- Mileage: We allow you to drive up to 250 miles from purchase, £1 per mile beyond this limit
- Damage: Costs for damaged and lost items (e.g. SD cards, spare keys) are based on estimated repair/replacement costs through our Staging Center. Cars involved in accidents/accidents will not be accepted.
- Charges: Free for the first 7 days, £250 from the 8th to the 14th day
- Other items: You must arrange pickup within 14 days of the initial handover, your car cannot be used after cancellation is requested (photo of odometer as proof), we reserve a refund of £500 once the registration documents for the V5 are sent to CARZ Direct Will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. We reserve the right to withhold/charge additional fees for other documents or items not returned with the vehicle. Customers must insure the car prior to the pick-up/drop-off point
